The start of the Seventh International Conference organized by the University of Zagazig to achieve self-sufficiency in livestock production
This morning was the start of the events of the Seventh International Conference of rabbit production in the tropics, which is organized by the Faculty of Agriculture at Zagazig University, in participation with the Egyptian Society for rabbitsSciencefor the production of animal and poultry in Marsa Alam, Red Sea with the participation of specialists from various Egyptian universities and research centers under the auspices of Dr./ Ashraf Al-Shehhi, University President.
Dr./ abd El-Hakim Nour El-Din, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and President of the Conference in the opening speech confirm that the agriculture sector is the most important sector of the Egyptiansectors and they bear alot during the past period, and despite the importance of the livestock sector in Egypt, but it suffers a lot of problems and the state must develop the agricultural and animalsector and put itin its right path . He pointed out that the conference will discuss 40 papers and articles in the field of animal production, poultry, fish and rabbitsproduction.
With reference tothe objectives of the conference,Dr./MustafaTawfiq,GeneralSecretary ofthe conferenceaddedthat itparticipate insolving theproblems facing thelivestock, poultry, fishand rabbitssectorand promote itin order toincrease the productionand then enhance theinvestment process.
